Specifically, this terminal injects a persistent marker (`orySessionToken`) into your local hardware when you override the initial security warning. This prevents the system from expending unnecessary processing power repeatedly warning you of your own trespassing. This data remains on your local hardware and is solely used for terminal continuity.

[02] EXTERNAL DATA SCRAPING (ANALYTICS & FUNCTIONALITY)

The Office of Residual Yield does not currently extract, store, or transmit your personal, real-world biological identifiers (names, addresses, or legacy banking information) to any centralized server. The surveillance simulated on this terminal is strictly narrative. Your actual data remains your own, simply because processing it yields no current corporate value to this specific Node.

[03] FUTURE CORPORATE SYNDICATION (ADVERTISEMENTS)

The Global Yield Algorithm reserves the right to dynamically alter this agreement. In the future, this terminal may lease visual real estate to Third-Party Optimization Firms (advertisers). Should this occur, third-party tracking nodes may be deployed to monitor your ocular engagement and serve optimized corporate messaging. You will be notified of this integration only when it is mathematically convenient for the Algorithm.

[04] RIGHT TO FORGET

The Office of Residual Yield does not recognize the “Right to be Forgotten.” However, because this Node does not actively harvest off-device personal data, you may purge your local terminal record at any time by clearing your browser’s cache and local storage. Doing so will reset your status to “Unregistered Client Node.”
